Menstrual Cramp Gone After Giving Birth

When I was younger I always hear some of my older friends talking about how their menstrual cramps gone after giving birth.  Since, I started having my period I suffer from dysmenorhea but because of what I always hear about dysmenorhea being gone after giving birth, I was hopeful that my suffering will end eventually. After having my first child, I was happy thinking that my dysmenorhea will be gone for good. What I didn't know is that it vary from woman to woman. Others dysmenorhea maybe gone after having children while others may not. As for me, things got worst I always have a  heavy period but it doesn't get any heavier than after giving birth. I have to change my sanitary napkin for almost every 3 hours. Imagine the hassle going to the toilet to change my pad. And my dysmenorhea the one I was hoping not to experience anymore got worst, before I have cramps in the onset of my period but now almost everyday I had cramps especially during morning.
Talking about dysmenorhea there's a buzz right now about anion sanitary napkin that is effective in curing dysmenorhea. I haven't tried it yet but I will try in my next period to see if it really works.
